Role Description

This is an on-site internship role based in Patna for a Sales Management Intern. The intern will assist in managing business-to-business sales operations, supporting account management activities, identifying potential clients, and building relationships. Daily responsibilities also include delivering excellent customer service, tracking sales progress, and collaborating with the team to develop effective sales strategies. Interns may also be involved in supporting client training sessions.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
• Hands-on knowledge of Sales and Account Management to assist in expanding business relationships
• Ability to engage in Training activities to support clients in adopting solutions
• High level of motivation, a proactive attitude, and the capacity to work in a collaborative environment
• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
