About the Role

We are hiring a Marketing Intern who is confident in field marketing, client communication, brand partnerships, business development, and revenue generation activities. The role involves connecting with potential clients, brands, businesses, and partners on the ground, pitching the company's advertising and branding solutions, building strong professional relationships, and helping the organization generate business opportunities and partnerships.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in pitching, strong interpersonal abilities, and an interest in marketing, sales, branding, advertising, and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with potential clients, brands, and businesses in the field for business and partnership opportunities.
  • Pitch the company's advertising and branding services to prospective clients.
  • Work on brand partnerships, sponsorship opportunities, and revenue generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and high-growth locations.
  • Represent the organization professionally during meetings, presentations, and field visits.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including sales, operations, and marketing for smooth execution of partnerships.
  • Assist in offline marketing, activations, promotions, and brand awareness campaigns.
  • Maintain records of client interactions, leads, follow-ups, and partnership discussions.
  • Support the organization in expanding its market presence and business network.
  • Achieve assigned targets related to client acquisition, partnerships, and revenue generation.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, branding strategies, and advertising opportunities.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, BBA, MBA, Mass Communication, Sales, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in Marketing, Sales, Brand Partnerships, Business Development, Advertising, and Client Acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident in client interaction, field work, and professional pitching.
  • Ability to build relationships and convince potential partners effectively.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, MS Excel, Google Sheets, Canva, CRM tools, or sales tracking tools is a plus.
  • Street-smart, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn and grow.
