Marketing Intern

About the Role

Kiyanaa is looking for a high-energy, creative, and proactive Marketing Intern to join our core team in Jaipur. This is not a typical coffee-running internship, you will work directly alongside the Founder to shape our brand voice, drive creative direction, and execute high-impact campaigns. If you have an eye for premium aesthetics, live on Instagram Reels, and possess the drive to turn big creative concepts into viral reality, this role is your launchpad into lifestyle and brand marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Direction & Content Creation: Concept, script, shoot, and edit highly engaging short-form video content (Instagram Reels, TikTok/Shorts-style media) aligned with Kiyanaa's premium aesthetic.
• Social Media Strategy: Conduct daily trend research and market analysis to capitalize on viral audio, visual formats, and pop-culture trends before they peak.
• Influencer Marketing & Collaborations: Identify, pitch, and coordinate with micro and macro-influencers, managing the relationship from product gifting to content delivery.
• Shoot Execution & Logistics: Act as the hands-on creative execution lead during product and editorial shoots, managing mood boards, wardrobe, and on-set coordination.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Serve as the central point of contact for external marketers, graphic designers, print vendors, and creative partners to ensure deadlines are met seamlessly.

Candidate Profile

• Completed Bachelor's degree in any stream.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Canva, CapCut/InShot, and native Instagram Reels creation interfaces.
• Familiarity with ChatGPT (for ideation/copywriting assistance) and basic Excel (for tracking influencer data and vendor lists).
• A demonstrated knack for visual storytelling, whether through a personal portfolio, college projects, or curated social media handles.

You need to be someone who loves to think big but is equally disciplined about getting your hands dirty in the day-to-day execution.
