Position Summary
We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in developing and executing marketing strategies that promote our educational programs and internships. You will work closely with our marketing team to create engaging content, manage social media, analyze campaign performance, and support lead generation efforts. Key Responsibilities
Content Creation: Assist in developing compelling content for social media, blogs, email newsletters, and website to highlight our programs and success stories.
Social Media Management: Help schedule posts, monitor engagement, and grow our presence on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
Campaign Support: Contribute to planning and executing marketing campaigns, including email marketing, webinars, and promotional events.
Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and target audience insights to inform marketing strategies.
Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign metrics using tools like Google Analytics or social media insights to measure effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Lead Generation: Support outreach efforts, such as creating landing pages, ads, or partnerships to attract potential students and interns.
Collaboration: Work with design, content, and operations teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
Documentation: Maintain records of marketing activities, content calendars, and performance reports.
Required Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field.
Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, including social media, content marketing, and SEO.
Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Google Docs, or basic video editing).
Proficiency in spreadsheet tools like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
Eagerness to learn, strong creativity, and excellent attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, or Meta Ads Manager).
Knowledge of SEO best practices or content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
Previous involvement in campus marketing clubs, personal blogs, or social media management.
Basic graphic design skills or experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
Exposure to email marketing or paid advertising campaigns.
Personal marketing projects or participation in hackathons/competitions related to digital marketing.
