Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Trainee who is eager to learn, experiment, and grow with one of India's most innovative food startups. The role will give hands-on exposure to digital marketing, content creation, influencer collaborations, campaign execution, and brand growth strategies.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual who wants to explore the fast-paced food & D2C industry and contribute to building a brand that's making waves in the seafood space.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital, influencer, and offline activations).
• Support social media content creation (posts, reels, captions, and stories).
• Work with influencers/partners on product seeding and recipe collaborations.
• Coordinate with design/content teams for creatives, campaign assets, and brand collaterals.
• Track campaign performance, collect insights, and prepare reports.
• Research market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
• Support festive and seasonal campaigns (recipe reels, festival tie-ups, society activations, etc.).
• Contribute fresh ideas for brand growth, customer engagement, and storytelling.
