About the Role

Work Mode & Location: Onsite (Office-based) – Thane (Wagle Estate)

Experience Level: 0–1 year (Freshers can apply)

Stipend: As per industry standards

Duration:  3 months (extendable based on performance and mutual agreement)

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Intern to support our brand's content creation efforts across social media and performance marketing. This is a hands-on role involving ideation, shooting, and execution of engaging content, with a strong focus on short-form videos and on-camera presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and shoot engaging short-form content for social media platforms and ad campaigns

Be comfortable appearing on camera for reels, brand videos, and digital campaigns

Assist in brainstorming and executing content ideas aligned with current trends

Support scripting, styling, and shoot execution

Ensure consistency in brand tone, visual identity, and storytelling

Assist in content planning, scheduling, and coordination

Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign-based content requirements

Required Skills:

Comfortable and confident in front of the camera

Strong communication skills with clear speech and diction

Good understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, etc.) and trends

Interest in skincare, beauty, and content creation

Soft Skills:

Creative thinking and storytelling ability

Proactiveness and willingness to take initiative

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Openness to feedback and eagerness to learn
