Job description

POST: Growth Marketing Intern

ROLE TYPE: Full time(In Office)

LOCATION: Delhi

DURATION: 3 months (with the possibility of a full-time role)

STARTING DATE: Immediately

About Us:

The College Access Program works with 200+ schools and 450+ universities to help students make better college and career decisions, providing research-backed, unbiased guidance on higher education in India and abroad. We're a small team with alumni from ISB, London Business School, DTU, XLRI among other leading institutes - led by two professionals with over 20 years of experience each across digital marketing, education, and growth strategy.

Job Overview:

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Intern who wants to learn how growth actually works: content, social media, events, research, digital campaigns, and stakeholder communication, all in one role.

You won't be doing one narrow thing. In a given week, you might be running a social media campaign, conducting research for a student-facing guide, coordinating logistics for a virtual event with 20 universities, and pulling together a campaign performance report. You'll work directly with the founder, get constant feedback, and have real ownership over what you produce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social media and digital campaigns. You'll plan, create, and manage content across social platforms
  • Events and coordination. CAP runs online and offline events and workshops throughout the year. You'll help with planning, logistics, communications, and on-the-day execution. You'll learn how events come together from invitation to follow-up.
  • Research. You'll research universities, admissions processes, scholarships, and career pathways. This is deep, comprehensive work. We pride ourselves on the quality and accuracy of our research. You'll learn to go beyond surface-level information, cross-verify, and build resources that are genuinely useful.
  • Content creation across formats and audiences. The audiences range from senior educators to high school students and their parents, and you'll learn to write differently for each. You will also contribute to content for other verticals.
  • Stakeholder communication. You'll coordinate with multiple stakeholders and learn to communicate with precision and awareness of who you're writing to.
  • AI tools and operations. You'll be expected to get comfortable with AI tools quickly for MVPs. You'll learn where they're genuinely useful and where good judgment and careful thinking still matter more.

Who Should Apply:

You've finished your Bachelor's (or are completing a Master's) in any field. You write well in English, you pick up new tools fast, and you're comfortable with Canva and Google Workspace. You don't wait to be told what to do next. Strong academic background preferred. Familiarity with AI tools is a plus, but intellectual curiosity matters more than any specific tool.

What You Get:

Exposure to every part of growth marketing, not just one slice. You'll work directly with the founders across content, social media, events, research, and digital strategy. This position comes with a stipend, and there's a real path to a full-time role if you're exceptional.
