This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and generating leads. The role involves developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The candidate will also be expected to attend industry events and represent the company in a professional manner.

• Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Market Research
• Strong skills in Client Relationship Management and Negotiation
• Ability to develop and implement Strategic Plans
• Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
• Experience in the home maintenance or moving service industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
