About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to support our marketing and production activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable with on-ground work, and wants hands-on exposure to shoots, content production, coordination, and marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with shoots, including equipment, lights, props, set-up, and on-ground production requirements.
• Support the team with production errands and execution-related tasks as required.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and talent to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Assist with casting, talent sourcing, scheduling, and coordination.
• Help create and update PPTs, presentations, documentation, reports, and other marketing materials.
• Support basic administrative and coordination tasks related to marketing and production.
• Take ownership of ad-hoc marketing and production requirements and assist the team wherever needed.
• Maintain a proactive approach and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
  

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to take initiative.
• Comfortable with on-ground work and fast-paced environments.
• Basic knowledge of PowerPoint (PPT), documentation, and coordination.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Prior production or marketing experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
