Marketing Intern

Remote internship (2 months) — own Alchemic's B2B social media end to end: posts, creatives, calendar, and experiments. This is a full-time role. 20,000/month.

Role

We're hiring a Marketing Intern. You'll own our social media presence end to end — writing the posts, making the creatives, and putting them out — and help us run social media experiments.

Location: Remote (India)

Type: Internship — 2 months, full-time

Compensation: 20,000 / month (INR)

What you'll do

• Build an automated marketing system for building brand presence and lead generation
• Write 4–5 posts a week across LinkedIn and X, in the brand's voice — clear, plain, no jargon
• Build the accompanying creatives (static tiles and carousels) using our existing template system
• Run the content calendar: plan ahead, schedule, post on time
• Measure what works: reach, engagement, follower growth, profile clicks
• Repurpose our research findings, case studies and website copy into social-sized ideas
• Keep an eye on what other insights and research brands are posting, and flag anything worth borrowing

Qualifications

• You need to have run at least 1 social media campaign, preferably managed a social media account
• Bachelors / MBA student or recent graduate, marketing or comms preferred
• Power user of Instagram and LinkedIn or X
• You are a disciplined system builder, organised enough to own a posting schedule without being chased
