What You'll Own:

Outbound & Pipeline

> Run prospect research: build the list, find the right contact, get them into the CRM before they go cold

> Run outbound campaigns: LinkedIn sequences, cold email, track what gets replies and what gets silence

> Turn sales calls into follow-up: pull the transcript, write the recap, get the next step out the same day

> Own one outbound sequence end to end

Content

> Draft founder-led posts for X and LinkedIn

> Own a newsletter

Must-Have:

> Strong spoken and written English.

> Comfortable reaching out to strangers.

> Research discipline: you find the right person at a company in ten minutes, not thirty

> Comfort with direct feedback and fast revision cycles

Strong Advantage:

> Any hands-on exposure to cold outreach, sales development, or lead-gen

> Any B2B or agency exposure. Long sales cycles and considered purchases

> A blog, newsletter, or content presence you built and grew yourself

What You Get:

> Monthly stipend: 10,000 + Incentives upto 30,000
