QuickerLeads is a performance marketing agency specializing in Meta and Google Ads lead
generation across verticals including addiction treatment, home services, legal, and healthcare.
We manage significant ad spend for clients and need a dedicated technical specialist to own all
backend integrations, automations, and tracking infrastructure.
This is a full-time (40 hours/week) remote position working US Eastern timezone hours. You will
be responsible for connecting ad platforms to client CRMs, building and maintaining Zapier
automations, setting up conversion tracking, managing our Airtable systems, and documenting
everything you build. You will not be client-facing, but you will draft technical responses for our
Account Manager and participate in weekly team calls.
Who You Report To
You report directly to the agency owner. You will work closely with our Account Manager
(Fabien) and Campaign Manager (Veronika) to ensure all client integrations run smoothly.
Core Responsibilities
Zapier & Automation Management
Build, maintain, and troubleshoot complex, multi-step Zapier automations with error
handling, conditional paths, and filters
Route leads from Meta and Google lead forms to client CRMs (Go High Level, and
others) via Zapier
Consolidate redundant Zaps, optimize task usage, and reduce error rates across 30+
active Zaps
Monitor Zap health proactively and fix issues before they impact lead delivery
Implement consistent naming conventions across all Zaps and maintain organized folder
structures
Ad Platform Integrations & Tracking
Set up and connect Meta ad accounts to client platforms, including creating/updating
Facebook pages (ad copy provided by our team)
Connect ad accounts and lead forms to Go High Level and other client CRMs
Set up Conversions API (CAPI) via Zapier and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Configure conversion events, custom conversions, and Events Manager in Meta
Set up Google Ads conversion tracking and integrate with client systems
Integrate call tracking platforms (e.g., CallTrackingMetrics) with Google and Meta Ads
Airtable Management
Maintain and extend existing Airtable bases, including tables, interfaces, and views
Understand and maintain table relationships and ensure data consistency across the
system
Troubleshoot and fix field mapping issues
Recommend and implement migrations or restructuring to improve the overall Airtable
setup
Support AI agent workflows that run through Airtable
Documentation & SOPs
Document every Zap with clear notation on each step, what it does, and why
Build and maintain SOPs in Google Docs for all standard integration setups (new client
onboarding, CAPI setup, lead routing, etc.)
Create and enforce naming conventions for Zaps, Airtable fields, and automation
workflows
Document Airtable architecture, table relationships, and automation logic
Team Support
Draft technical responses to client questions for our Account Manager to send
Participate in 4+ weekly team calls to review work, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate
with the team
Handle integration requests from the team (reconnecting lead forms, fixing broken
connections, etc.) during business hours
Required Skills & Experience
Expert-level Zapier proficiency: complex multi-step Zaps, paths, filters, error handling,
webhooks, and formatters
Strong understanding of Meta Ads infrastructure: Business Manager, ad accounts, lead
forms, Events Manager, custom conversions, and CAPI
Google Ads conversion tracking setup and management
Google Tag Manager (GTM) setup and configuration, including server-side tagging
Experience with Go High Level (GHL) or similar CRM platforms (setup and integration,
not necessarily deep configuration)
Airtable proficiency: table design, relationships, interfaces, views, and basic automations
Experience integrating call tracking platforms (e.g., CTM) with ad platforms
Strong documentation skills with attention to detail
Clear English communication (written and verbal) for team calls and drafting responses
Ability to work full-time during US Eastern timezone hours
Nice to Have
API experience (Postman, custom API calls, webhook configuration)
Experience with Make.com (Integromat) as a secondary automation platform
Familiarity with multiple CRM platforms beyond GHL
Experience supporting a digital marketing or lead generation agency
Understanding of lead generation funnels and how ad platforms connect to downstream
systems
Compensation & Details
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, US Eastern timezone hours

What Success Looks Like
First 30 Days (Learn & Audit)
Complete a full audit and documentation of all 30+ active Zaps (what it does, which
client, current status)
Map out the entire Airtable architecture, table relationships, and existing automations
Get access to and demonstrate proficiency in all tools (Meta Business Suite, Google
Ads, GTM, GHL, CTM, Zapier, Airtable)
Shadow team calls to understand client workflows and how integrations connect
Establish and document naming conventions for all Zaps
First 60 Days (Optimize & Own)
Identify and consolidate redundant Zaps
Fix existing broken or error-prone automations independently
Complete your first solo new client integration setup end-to-end (ad account, lead forms,
CRM routing, CAPI)
Build documentation templates for all standard integration types
Begin drafting technical responses for the Account Manager within 4 hours of request
