We are looking for Marketing Head for Healthcare Software.


What You'll Do

As our Healthcare Software Marketing Lead, you will be the driving force behind our

marketing strategy, leading a talented team to new heights of success. Your role will be

pivotal in shaping the way we communicate our vision, engage with stakeholders, and drive

growth within the healthcare sector.


Your primary duties will include:

Team Leadership: Inspire, manage, and mentor a dynamic marketing team, fostering an

environment of creativity, collaboration, and high performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with management, sales, and product teams

to identify opportunities for marketing innovation and efficiency.

Strategic Implementation: Lead the research and implementation of strategic marketing

processes that elevate our brand and products in the healthcare marketplace.

Performance Analytics: Utilize data to track, analyze, and report on performance metrics,

guiding the team with insights for proactive marketing initiatives.

Community Engagement: Be the voice of our brand in daily interactions with our

community, including moderating discussions, responding to inquiries, and elevating

customer feedback to improve our offerings.

Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison for all things marketing, ensuring

deliverables are met with excellence and in alignment with our strategic goals.


Your qualifications include:

Experience: 4+ years in market research, marketing, or consumer insights, with a significant

advantage given to those with experience in the healthcare sector.

Project Management: Proven track record of managing projects and external client

relationships effectively.

Communication Skills: Exceptional writing and communication capabilities, along with

strong proofreading and grammar proficiency.

Tech-Savvy: Adept with internet technologies, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office

Suite. Experience with mobile apps and online community engagement is a plus.

Research Skills: Solid background in both quantitative and qualitative research

methodologies.

Independence: An independent, self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive under

pressure and contribute positively to our team culture.

Education: A degree in Market Research, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
