Job Description

Job Title: Marketing Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and execute all marketing initiatives for our real estate business. This role is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing end-to-end marketing activities to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in real estate marketing and the ability to handle both strategic planning and day-to-day marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, offline, and on-ground channels.
  • Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all platforms.

Lead Generation & Revenue Support:

  • Drive lead generation initiatives to support the sales team and improve conversion rates.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts to maximize ROI.
  • Support sales teams with marketing collaterals, presentations, and campaign insights.

Digital Marketing & Branding:

  • Manage digital marketing activities including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Oversee website management, online listings, and real estate portals.
  • Strengthen brand presence and visibility across digital and traditional media.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, competitor activities, and industry trends.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports to improve marketing strategies and campaign effectiveness.

Vendor & Agency Management:

  • Coordinate with external agencies, designers, printers, and digital partners.
  • Ensure timely execution of marketing materials within approved budgets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in project launches, site branding, events, and promotional activities.

Budgeting & Reporting:

  • Plan and manage marketing budgets efficiently.
  • Track key performance indicators and present regular performance reports to management.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 1015 years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate, construction, or related industries.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
  • Real Estate Knowledge: Strong understanding of real estate marketing, project launches, and customer acquisition.
  • Digital Expertise: Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, track performance, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
  • Execution-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple marketing activities independently and deliver results within timelines.
