Job Description

Job Title: Head of Marketing

Location: Onsite (Paschim Vihar, Delhi)

Role Overview

The Head of Marketing will lead MantraCare's full-funnel growth initiatives across lead generation, performance marketing, brand, lifecycle, and partnerships. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities, strong analytical skills, and experience scaling marketing functions in fast-paced digital environmentsparticularly in B2B international markets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Revenue Growth

  • Build and execute a robust multi-channel lead generation engine for B2B and B2C segments.
  • Develop full-funnel strategies to drive qualified inbound leads across digital, social, SEO, paid media, and partnerships.
  • Continuously optimize lead cost, volume, and conversion rates through A/B testing and experimentation.

2. Email & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Own automated email flows, drip campaigns, and nurture journeys across the customer lifecycle (awareness activation retention).
  • Segment user cohorts, improve engagement metrics, and drive MQL SQL conversions.
  • Manage CRM tools (HubSpot / Zoho / Mailchimp / etc.) and ensure data hygiene, scoring, and analytics.

3. Performance Marketing (Google & Facebook Ads)

  • Manage and scale paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  • Optimize campaigns for CAC, ROAS, conversions, and lead quality.
  • Collaborate with design & content teams to produce high-performing creatives and landing pages.

4. Marketing Strategy & Growth Initiatives

  • Define quarterly and annual marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Lead GTM initiatives for new products, features, and global markets.
  • Run growth experiments, manage funnels, and implement new marketing technologies and automation.

5. Affiliate & Partnership Marketing

  • Build and manage affiliate networks, wellness influencers, employer partners, and referral channels.
  • Create scalable partnership frameworks to drive consistent lead flow.
  • Track affiliate performance, payouts, and compliance.

6. Digital Marketing & Social Presence

  • Oversee website performance, SEO strategy, content marketing, and brand visibility initiatives.
  • Strengthen MantraCare's online reputation through targeted campaigns, PR, and distribution.

7. DM (Direct Messaging) Team Management

  • Lead a team handling WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, and chat outreach.
  • Optimize scripts, tone of voice, and lead conversion workflows.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and effective lead nurturing.

8. Leadership, Reporting & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Hire, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team across multiple functions.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and operations to align on targets and growth initiatives.
  • Own dashboards, reporting, KPIs, marketing budgets, and forecasting.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or performance marketing.
  • Mandatory experience in B2B international markets, preferably in SaaS, digital health, or enterprise solutions.
  • Proven success driving scalable lead generation and growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM systems, automation tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Creative thinker with a strong bias for execution, experimentation, and rapid iteration.
