About The Role
We are looking for a highly driven and strategic
Marketing Head – Demand Generation to lead and scale our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong market positioning, driving qualified leads, and accelerating revenue growth through well-planned demand generation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Demand Generation StrategyDevelop and execute end-to-end demand generation strategies to drive high-quality leads and pipeline growth
- Own lead lifecycle management from awareness to conversion
- Brand Positioning & Market StrategyStrategically position APPWRK IT Solutions in the IT services market
- Identify target segments, ICPs, and create differentiated messaging
- Digital Marketing LeadershipLead multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, content marketing, and more
- Optimize campaigns for ROI, CPL, and conversion rates
- Revenue-Driven MarketingAlign marketing strategies with sales goals to directly contribute to revenue growth
- Work closely with sales and business development teams for pipeline acceleration
- Content & CommunicationOversee content strategy including website, blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and social media
- Ensure consistent and compelling brand communication
- Marketing Analytics & PerformanceTrack, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights
- Manage marketing KPIs such as MQLs, SQLs, CAC, ROI
- Team LeadershipBuild, manage, and mentor the marketing team
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on demand generation in IT services or SaaS
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through marketing initiatives
- Strong expertise in B2B marketing channels (LinkedIn, performance marketing, email automation, SEO, etc.)
- Deep understanding of end-to-end marketing funnel and lead generation strategies
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
- Experience with marketing tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
