We are looking for a strategic and performance-driven Marketing Head to lead our overall marketing function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving lead generation, overseeing digital marketing campaigns, managing the DM team, and executing growth initiatives to scale business performance.

Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation & Performance Marketing

• Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across multiple channels.
• Run and monitor Google Ads & Facebook/Instagram Ads for maximum ROI.
• Track and analyze campaign performance to ensure quality and volume of leads.

2. Email & Digital Marketing

• Develop and execute email marketing strategies, automation & drip campaigns.
• Manage CRM tools, segmentation, and campaign analytics.

3. Team Management

• Lead and mentor the Digital Marketing (DM) team.
• Coordinate daily outputs, performance reviews, and project execution.

4. Marketing Strategy & Growth Initiatives

• Develop data-driven marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
• Identify new growth channels, tools, trends, and partnership opportunities.
• Oversee brand presence, creatives, communication, and market positioning.

Requirements:

• 37+ years of experience in digital marketing or growth roles.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, and Lead Funnels.
• Experience managing a marketing team.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in performance tracking tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
