About the Role
The Marketing Head will be responsible for leading and executing strategic marketing initiatives for luxury township and residential projects. The role requires extensive experience in luxury brand positioning, real estate marketing, and high-end customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
. Develop and execute marketing strategies for luxury township and residential projects.
. Build and maintain brand positioning in the luxury real estate segment.
. Plan and manage digital, print, outdoor, and experiential marketing campaigns.
. Coordinate with creative agencies, media partners, and internal sales teams.
. Oversee project launches, site events, luxury property showcases, and customer engagement activities.
. Market research and competitor analysis for premium and luxury segments.
. Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective ROI tracking.
. Drive lead generation strategies for high-net-worth individual (HNI) clientele.
. Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms.
Desired Candidate Profile
. Proven experience in marketing luxury products, luxury brands, or premium real estate projects.
. Experience working on township and high-end residential projects is mandatory.
. Strong understanding of real estate sales funnels and buyer behaviour.
. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
. Experience working with luxury lifestyle branding and positioning.
