Role Description

The Marketing & Growth Executive will be responsible for driving brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth through digital and offline marketing initiatives. The role involves market research, campaign planning and execution, content and communication, lead generation, and supporting sales initiatives. You will work closely with internal teams to develop and optimize marketing campaigns, track performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to strategies that drive sustainable business growth.

What you'll work on:

• Manage and grow our social media presence across LinkedIn & Instagram

• Create engaging content, campaigns, and marketing materials

• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta & LinkedIn Ads

• Contribute to SEO and website growth strategies

• Generate leads and manage CRM workflows

• Track campaign performance and identify opportunities for growth

Qualifications:

• Strong market planning and marketing skills to design and implement effective growth strategies

• Market research skills to analyze customer needs, competitors, and industry trends

• Strong communication skills to create clear messaging and collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Sales and basic marketing skills to support lead generation and conversion activities

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, data analysis, CRM systems, and social media platforms will be beneficial

• Ability to work on-site in Raipur, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced startup environment
