Qualifications
Graduate or diploma holder in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Design, or a related field (relevant experience may substitute formal education); 010years of experience in sales, marketing, graphic design, or social media (FMCG/startup experience preferred); strong communication and presentation skills; ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment; result-oriented mindset with basic understanding of brand building and consumer markets; for design rolesworking knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva; for social mediahands-on experience with Instagram, reels, content calendars, and analytics; willingness to travel/fieldwork for sales roles; professional attitude, reliability, and growth mindset.
