Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time position for a Marketing Graphic Designer based in Bengaluru. The Marketing Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating compelling graphic designs aligned with branding initiatives, executing visual concepts for digital marketing campaigns, and supporting social media and other marketing materials. The role also involves collaborating with teams to ensure visually cohesive communication strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Branding and Graphic Design, with an eye for detail and creativity
• Proficiency in creating digital and print Graphics for various platforms
• Understanding of Social Media Marketing and demonstrated experience in designing social media materials
• Marketing knowledge to align visual content with branding and campaign objectives
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar software
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in working with brands in retail or related industries is a plus
• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field preferred

Must Have

• 25 years of experience in digital graphic design
• Experience designing for LinkedIn or B2B audiences
• Strong understanding of layout, hierarchy & clarity
• Experience with performance-led creatives
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite / Figma / After Effects
• Ability to turn around creatives quickly
• Comfort working in a lean, fast-paced environment
