Important - A Note on AI (Please Read):

This role requires fluency with AI tools - not just familiarity. You'll use AI for research, content creation, campaign optimization, and workflow automation daily. If you're someone who prompts ChatGPT occasionally and calls it working with AI, this probably isn't the right fit.

The Role:

We're looking for a Marketing Generalist who can wear multiple hats and help us scale marketing operations from scratch. You'll work directly with the CEO and clients, receiving strategic guidance from our Marketing Consultant. That means real exposure to high-level decision-making while building hands-on execution skills.

This is a 0-to-1 role. You'll have autonomy to set up systems, test strategies, and own outcomes across multiple channels. Some weeks you'll be deep in email sequences. Others, you'll be researching competitor positioning or coordinating with designers on campaign assets.

What You'll Be Doing

Channel Setup & Management

  • Launch and optimize email marketing campaigns for lead generation and nurturing
  • Revitalize existing channels (website, social media) and prepare them for consistent activity
  • Set up and manage new channels: performance marketing, community initiatives, and content distribution systems
  • Build scalable processes for multi-channel marketing execution

Content & Lead Generation

  • Create content strategies that drive awareness for new audiences and engagement for existing ones
  • Develop email sequences, landing pages, social content, and marketing collateral
  • Execute lead generation campaigns with clear metrics and optimization loops
  • Repurpose and adapt content across channels for maximum reach

Collaboration & Execution

  • Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and translate insights into marketing content
  • Manage vendor relationships for specialized content creation (design, video, copywriting)
  • Track campaign performance and report on key metrics
  • Contribute to client deliverables and internal marketing initiatives

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in B2B or service-based businesses
  • 4+ years of marketing experience (generalist background or specialist looking to expand)
  • Comfortable using AI for/with marketing stacks.
  • Email marketing expertise: Experience setting up campaigns, writing copy, managing sequences, and analyzing performance
  • Lead generation experience: Proven ability to generate and nurture B2B leads through various channels
  • 0-to-1 builder mindset: You've launched channels or campaigns from scratch and know how to figure things out
  • AI-savvy approach: Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Perplexity, etc.) to accelerate execution
  • Self-starter mentality: Able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects

Nice to Have:

  • Experience creating or directing content across formats (blog posts, social media, email, video, graphics)
  • Familiarity with marketing tools: HubSpot, Mailchimp, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite
  • Understanding of performance marketing and paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads)
  • Knowledge of SEO, AEO, and content distribution strategies
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation
  • Strong communication skills - comfortable interacting with clients and extracting insights
  • Ability to upscale AI-generated content to professional quality
