Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Executive to join our US Healthcare Medical Billing team. The role involves outbound voice-based communication with potential clients in the US healthcare sector, promoting medical billing services, generating leads, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals in the US market.
- Promote and explain medical billing services and solutions.
- Generate qualified leads and set appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
- Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into clients.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
- Handle client queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth on-boarding of clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral accent preferred).
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of US healthcare or medical billing (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to work in night shifts aligned with US time zones.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in voice process / BPO / telemarketing / healthcare marketing.
- Knowledge of medical billing processes, insurance claims, and revenue cycle management.
