Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Associate located in Surat. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans, conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, and building effective communication strategies. The role also involves supporting sales initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and brand awareness.

Qualifications

• Ability to create and execute effective Market Planning and Market Research strategies
• Strong Communication skills to manage collaboration, presentations, and client relations
• Proficiency in Sales and Marketing techniques to drive customer acquisition and business expansion
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in marketing, sales, or a related role is an advantage
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work on-site in Surat
