Under our COUGAR brand, we cater to the automotive aftermarket across India, supplying radiator solutions to dealers, distributors, wholesalers, and other customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the COUGAR aftermarket radiator sales business across India.
• Develop and expand the dealers, distributors, wholesalers, and customer network.
• Identify new business opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Handle customer enquiries, quotations, orders, and regular sales follow-ups.
• Manage social media platforms, including regular content posting and product promotions.
• Plan and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns to promote products and generate business enquiries.
• Assist in handling OEM customer requirements, order coordination, and timely deliveries.
• Coordinate with internal marketing, production, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain sales reports and support business planning and market development activities.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in automotive aftermarket sales is required.
• Experience in radiator sales or automotive cooling products will be a strong advantage.
• Experience with established radiator manufacturers or strong aftermarket players will be an added advantage.
• Graduate in any discipline; Marketing or Business-related qualifications preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, customer relationship management, and sales follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of Tally.
• Familiarity with social media management, content posting, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams and manage multiple responsibilities independently.
• A commercially focused and self-driven professional committed to achieving sales targets.
