Job Title: Marketing Executive

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 34 Years

Budget: 15 LPA

TBHR Consultants seeking a hands-on, execution-focused Marketing Executive to fuel our demand generation engine with a strong focus on email campaigns, marketing automation, landing pages, social media and other digital channels. The ideal candidate must have experience in the B2B tech industry and thrives on tools, automation, and multi-channel campaign execution. You will own list building, segmentation, and marketing automation workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect List Building & Data Ownership Independently build and own prospect lists using Apollo.io, Clay, and similar tools. Ensure lists are accurate, segmented, and campaign ready. Maintain database hygiene and enrichment for high-quality outreach.

Email Campaigns & Automation Conceptualize, run, and optimize content-driven and direct email campaigns to generate leads. Manage automation workflows in Hubspot, Apollo.io, or similar tools. Own segmentation, drip sequences, and campaign personalization. Conceptualize and create landing pages in Hubspot for various campaigns

Social Media Management Conceptualize content and collaborate with designers to create a social media calendar Manage organic social media presence (LinkedIn, X, etc.) in collaboration with content creators. Schedule, publish, and track posts to build engagement and thought leadership in the health-tech space.

Website and SEO Management:

Coordinate with vendors/agencies to manage website updates, landing pages, and content optimization. o Support on-page and off-page SEO initiatives in collaboration with partners. o Use tools like GA4 and SEMrush for keyword tracking, analytics, and reporting.

Must-Have Skills

24 years of experience in B2B tech industry in similar roles with exposure to US market (Health tech exposure preferred).

Proven expertise in list building and data ownership.

Hands-on experience running multi-channel campaigns

Strong experience HubSpot, apoll.io etc or demonstrated capability to quickly learn tools

Analytical mindset, Marketing Acumen and Creative Story-telling Nice-to-have skills

SEO experience (keyword research, on-page optimization, Google Analytics)

Exposure in planning and running paid campaigns Educational Background

MBA from a reputed management institute or equivalent.
