Role Description

Growth at TGH Tech is a core part of how we build the company - not a support function. You will own the growth motion end-to-end, have a direct line to leadership, and real influence over how we scale. We are looking for someone who brings sharp judgment, genuine curiosity, and the drive to build something that compounds - not just hits a monthly number. We already use AI tools as a core part of how we operate - for research, drafting, signal monitoring, and moving faster without bloating the team. You will work the same way, using AI as a genuine multiplier across everything you do.

What you will own

Your primary focus when you join:

  • Own the outbound growth motion end-to-end - email and LinkedIn outreach - our proven channel for creating conversations with the right people. Take what is working, make it sharper, scale what converts, and cut what does not.
  • Build smarter targeting - identify the right signals that indicate a founder is at the right moment to have a conversation with us, and use those signals to reach out at the right time.
  • Turn happy clients into a referral engine - systematically build relationships that generate warm introductions from founders who have worked with us and trust what we do.
  • Track and improve performance - understand what the numbers are telling you, identify what to change, and bring that thinking back to the team with a clear point of view.
  • Work closely with the salesperson - ensure the handoff from outreach to conversation is smooth, and feed back what you learn from those conversations into how we reach out.

As you settle in, this role will expand. We will look to you to identify new channels worth exploring, new communities worth being part of, and new approaches that fit where the company is heading. The initial scope is focused - the eventual scope is not.

How you will work

We have already built parts of this system using AI tools - for research, list building, drafting, and monitoring. You will inherit that foundation and be expected to use it, improve it, and extend it.

What AI handles in this motion

  • Prospect research and list building at scale
  • First-draft outreach copy, personalised to each founder's context
  • Signal monitoring - tracking activity that indicates a founder is actively building or hiring
  • Reporting and performance dashboards
  • Content repurposing and scheduling

What the tools cannot do is make the judgment calls that matter: which signals actually indicate a real conversation is worth having, how to read the tone of a reply and respond like a human, when to escalate and when to wait, and how to build the kind of trust that eventually makes a founder say yes. That is your job.

What we are looking for

The most important things, in order:

  • You understand the early-stage founder ecosystem - not just in theory, but you follow it, you are curious about what founders are building, and you have an intuition for how they think and what they care about when choosing who to work with.
  • You are a strong written communicator. This role lives and dies by the quality of the messages you write. You can make a cold message feel like it was written specifically for that one person, because it was. You care about words.
  • You are genuinely interested in technology - not just as a product category but as a domain. You want to understand how things are built, what founders are working on, what tools they are using, and where the interesting problems are. This curiosity is what makes you credible with the people we talk to.
  • You have experience in growth or outbound work and have independently owned a motion - not just contributed to one. You know what it means to build a system, run it, measure it, and change it.
  • You are comfortable with AI tools as a core part of how you work. You are not looking for a playbook to follow - you are looking to build one, and you use the best available tools to do it.
  • You are a builder by default. Ambiguity does not slow you down. When something is not defined, you define it. When a process does not exist, you create it.
