We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive with at least 1 year of experience to support our marketing initiatives in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing ATL & BTL campaigns, boosting brand awareness, and coordinating with both internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) marketing campaigns
- Coordinate promotional events, in-store branding, and merchandising activities
- Liaise with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to manage campaign deliverables
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance and customer engagement metrics
- Assist in content creation, digital presence enhancement, and lead generation initiatives
- Support sales teams with marketing materials and activation efforts
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing
- Strong understanding of ATL & BTL strategies
- Excellent communication, organizational, and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital marketing tools
- Preferred Industry Background: Retail, Apparel, FMCG, Hosiery
- Must be based in Mumbai or willing to relocate
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Knowledge of regional marketing trends and consumer behavior in the retail/FMCG sector
