Marketing Executive

Position- Marketing Executive at SBI Bank

Location- Kolkata

Contract - 3 years extendable to 5 years

Educational Qualification (As on 31.08.2026)- MBA or Equivalent in marketing.

Minimum percentage of marks- 55%

Certification in Digital marketing, CRM, Marketing Analytics or Social Media Marketing.

Post Qualification Work Experience (As on 31.08.2026)- Minimum 5 Years experience in Marketing. Out of 5 years, minimum 3 years experience in marketing of Executive Education / Management Institutes, Universities, Training Organizations, or EdTech Organizations.

Preference will be given to those having experience in branding, international partnerships, program portfolio generation, and revenue generation.

Responsibilities:

1. Marketing: The ME will primarily drive marketing activity of various training programmes / conclaves / workshop, etc. conducted at SBIL, both in physical and online mode for external organizations in BFSI sector.

2. Corporate Relations: ME will liaise with commercial Banks (public and private), cooperative Banks, Regional Rural Banks, other FIs / corporate organizations within and outside India for marketing of training programmes designed by SBIL and e-lessons / other education material prepared by SBIL.

3. Marketing Analytics: ME shall oversee and develop integrated marketing campaigns, conduct market research, and analyze data to identify and define target groups for SBIL products in the space of training and executive education.

4. Strategic Marketing: ME will devise and present ideas & strategies for marketing training program and sweating of SBIL resources and execute the approved ideas for revenue generation.
