Job Description.We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage our brand's digital presence across platforms. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with reels creation, engagement growth, SEO, WhatsApp marketing, and overall digital sales growth.Abhar Tech is a leading global information technology, consulting and business process services company.Responsibilities.

  • A - Social Media Management
  • Plan, create, and publish reels, posts, stories, and creatives on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
  • Identify trends and create engaging reel content to increase reach and visibility
  • Manage posting calendars and ensure consistent brand voice
  • B - Engagement & Growth
  • Drive organic engagement (likes, comments, shares, saves)
  • Respond to comments and messages to build community
  • Track and improve follower growth and engagement metrics
  • C - Sales & Performance Marketing
  • Run and optimize paid ads / boosted posts to increase conversions and sales
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns and promotions
  • Monitor ROI, CTR, and conversion metrics
  • D - SEO & Website Marketing
  • Work on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for website and content
  • Keyword research, on-page SEO, and content optimization
  • Improve website visibility and organic traffic
  • E - WhatsApp & Digital Marketing
  • Plan and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns
  • Manage broadcasts, customer communication, and automation tools
  • Implement and support other digital marketing channels (email, listings, etc.)

  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media / Digital Marketing
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram reels, content trends, and algorithms
  • Hands-on experience with SEO and paid promotions
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp marketing tools and strategies
  • Understanding of sales funnels and conversion-driven marketing
  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.)
