Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Marketing Executive to promote our brand, generate leads, and support sales growth. The ideal candidate will plan and execute marketing campaigns, manage digital platforms, and coordinate with the sales team to increase visibility and business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Promotions

Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities

Promote company services/products through campaigns and events

Coordinate branding activities and promotional materials

Digital Marketing

Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

Create basic content ideas, captions, and marketing creatives

Coordinate with designers/agencies for ads and creatives

Track performance of digital campaigns and leads

Lead Generation & Support

Generate leads through marketing campaigns and follow-ups

Share qualified leads with the sales team

Maintain lead data and campaign reports

Market Research

Study market trends, competitors, and customer behavior

Suggest new marketing strategies based on insights

Coordination & Reporting

Work closely with Sales, Design, and Management teams

Prepare weekly/monthly marketing performance reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

13 years of experience in marketing (freshers with strong skills can apply)

Basic knowledge of digital marketing & social media tools

Good communication and presentation skills

Creative thinking and execution ability

MS Office / Google Workspace knowledge

Preferred Skills

Experience in Interior / Architecture / Real Estate industry

Knowledge of Meta Ads / Google Ads (basic level)

Canva or basic design understanding
