Marketing Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing activities to promote company products and services.
• Visit customers at their offices and plants to understand requirements and provide solutions.
• Follow up on orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Arrange and provide product samples to potential and existing customers.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain and submit regular reports to management regarding sales activities and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

• Minimum educational qualification as per company standards (usually 10th/12th or graduate preferred).

Experience:

• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an advantage.
