Job Role: The purpose of this role is to drive brand visibility and business growth by planning and executing marketing events, developing high-quality marketing content, and enabling the sales team with effective tools that communicate our value proposition clearly and consistently.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute tradeshows, conferences, and marketing events.
- Manage vendor coordination, logistics, and on-ground support to ensure smooth and professional execution.
- Support pre-event planning, on-site execution, and post-event reporting.
- Identify target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes of marketing campaign
- Develop and manage marketing collaterals such as presentations, brochures, case studies, blogs, and digital assets.
- Develop content of marketing campaigns and ensure it is engaging, accurate, and aligned with business objectives.
- Create and update sales enablement tools, including PowerPoint presentations, product brochures, and pitch decks
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure materials effectively support customer conversations and deal closures.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to maintain brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
- Ensure all marketing materials strictly follow brand guidelines and corporate identity standards.
- Support campaign planning, communication rollouts, and promotional initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- Master's in Business Administration / Equivalent Post-Graduate Degree in Business Management
- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience preferably from Pharma / Medical Devices / Packaging / Glass manufacturing.
