Role overview
This is an entry level role where you'll work directly on client brands - running ads, managing Shopify stores, and creating content that drives real results.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
- Create ad creatives (images/videos) aligned with brand positioning.
- Track performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR) and share actionable insights.
- Assist with Shopify store management - inventory updates, product uploads, and basic customisations.
- Support basic Shopify store setup and improvements.
- Create in-house content.
- Design visually appealing creatives using Professional tools.
- Leverage AI tools for content, ads, and workflows.
Requirements
- 6 months of relevant experience in digital marketing/e-commerce.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager.
- Familiarity with the Shopify backend.
- Strong creative sense (design + content).
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency and output quality.
- Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn.
Bonus points
- Experience with D2C brands.
- Video editing skills (Reels/UGC style content).
- Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics.
