Job Description
A Junior Social Media Marketing Executive manages brand social media accounts by creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content (reels, posts, stories) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. They monitor engagement, track KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and stay updated on trends to increase brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Scheduling: Design graphics, edit short-form videos (Reels/GIFs), and create engaging copy to maintain a consistent brand voice.
Platform Management: Plan and schedule daily content using management tools for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
Engagement & Monitoring: Monitor audience growth, respond to messages/comments, and engage with the community.
Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics (engagement, reach) and provide actionable insights in reports.
Strategy Support: Collaborate with marketing teams to support campaigns and identify new trends or hashtags.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Generally 0–2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and graphic design/video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Reels editor).
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge: Understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and basic SEO principles.
Typical Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
