Job Description – Marketing Executive (Doctor Engagement & Institutional Outreach)

Location: Indore

Salary: 20,000 – 25,000 per month

Department: Marketing

Field-Based Role

About the Role

Sahaj Hospital is looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Marketing Executive to expand our referral and partnership network. The candidate will be responsible for meeting doctors, healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and institutions to create awareness about our regenerative therapy solutions, kneeXpert services and establish long-term collaborations.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy networking, field visits, relationship building, and healthcare business development.

Key Responsibilities

Doctor & Healthcare Professional Outreach

  • Meet doctors, consultants, physiotherapists, and healthcare professionals across hospitals and clinics
  • Introduce and explain KneeXpert's services, treatments, and patient benefits
  • Build strong professional relationships with healthcare stakeholders
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and engagement activities

Institutional Collaboration

  • Identify potential hospitals, clinics, healthcare centers, and institutions for partnerships
  • Explore referral tie-ups and collaboration opportunities
  • Coordinate meetings, presentations, and awareness sessions
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospective partners and referral sources

Business Development

  • Generate new business opportunities through networking and field visits
  • Represent the organization at medical events, camps, conferences, and awareness programs
  • Gather market intelligence and competitor insights
  • Achieve monthly outreach and collaboration targets

Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain records of doctor visits, meetings, and partnership discussions
  • Update CRM and submit regular activity reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of partners and referrals

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • MBA in Marketing & Sales from reputed institute

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Field Sales, Healthcare Marketing, Medical Representative, Doctor Relationship Management, or Institutional Sales
  • Freshers with excellent communication and networking skills may also apply

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in meeting and interacting with doctors and senior professionals
  • Excellent presentation and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
  • Ability to travel within the city for meetings and field visits
  • Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience in healthcare, pharma, medical devices, wellness, diagnostics, or hospital marketing
  • Existing network with doctors and healthcare institutions is an added advantage
  • Energetic personality with strong networking capabilities
