The organization brings together doctors, physiotherapists, social workers, and influencers to improve access to joint care across India. Knee Xpert is dedicated to making joint care available at the doorstep of every individual suffering from joint pain. Team members contribute to impactful community initiatives, patient education, and outreach programs that directly improve quality of life for people with joint issues.

Department ,Role: Marketing / Field-Based Role

Specialization: Doctor Engagement & Institutional Outreach

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Travel Reimbursement

hospitals, clinics, and institutions. Create sustainable awareness and market presence for our

Key Responsibilities

Meet doctors, medical consultants, and healthcare professionals to build strong, long-lasting

strategic relationships.

Identify and collaborate with external hospitals, standalone clinics, and corporate healthcare

institutions for strategic partnerships.

Generate new patient pipelines and business revenue through active professional networking,

planned field visits, and community events.

Maintain exhaustive daily/weekly tracking reports, consistently update the internal CRM

database, and meet monthly outreach and lead targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: Graduate in any discipline (An MBA in Marketing & Sales from a reputed institute is

highly preferred).

Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in Healthcare Marketing, Business Development,

Medical Representative roles, or Institutional Sales. (Freshers possessing exceptional, polished

communication skills will also be considered).

Communication: Strong interpersonal, presentation, storytelling, and relationship-building skills.

Traits: Self-motivated, target-oriented, highly resilient, and entirely comfortable with extensive

daily field visits.

Technical Proficiency: Basic operational knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel,

Word, PowerPoint).
