Response Fabrics (India) Pvt. Ltd, established in 2004, is a leading manufacturer of premium design fabrics and artificial leather. We are looking for a driven, well-connected Marketing Executive who lives and breathes the architect and interior design world. This is a full-time, field-based role you will be meeting clients every day, building relationships, and getting Response Fabrics specified in high-value projects across India.
This is not a showroom or inbound sales role. We need a hunter someone who already has relationships with architects and designers, and who can walk into a studio and make them believe in our brand.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Visit architect studios and interior design firms daily across your assigned metro city
Build and maintain a pipeline of 100+ active A&D relationships across India
Pitch Response Fabrics product range and get it specified in commercial and residential projects
Identify and convert new accounts hospitality, corporate, and high-end residential projects
Represent the brand at industry events: FOAID, INDEX, ACETECH, IIID meets
Coordinate with internal sampling and logistics teams to close orders end-to-end
Share weekly market intelligence competitor activity, design trends, project wins
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets with consistency
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
1)58 years of B2B sales experience in fabrics, upholstery, leatherite, or premium interior products.
2)An existing network of architects, interior designers, and PMC professionals in at least one metro city, Proven track record of closing specification-based sales in the A&D segment
3)Experience handling field sales minimum 56 client visits per day
4)Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; regional language is a plus
5) willingness to travel daily within and across cities
6)Self-motivated, well-presented, and comfortable working independently
GOOD TO HAVE
1)Prior experience with premium fabric brands such as D'Decor, Warwick, Nandan Exim, or similar will be given preference
2)Existing relationships with hospitality or large commercial project clients
3)Familiarity with fabric specifications, GSM, weave types, and material suitability
Regional language fluency: Tamil, Kannada, Marathi, or Telugu
