About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and execution-driven Marketing Executive to strengthen our solar division through structured on-ground marketing, channel development, and strategic brand expansion.
This role focuses on business growth, partnerships, exhibitions, and lead generation not day-to-day social media handling.
The position works closely with the internal marketing team and supports expansion across allied verticals connected to the solar business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Market Expansion
- Develop residential and commercial solar leads through local market activations
- Build and expand referral and channel partner networks
- Identify high-potential colonies, industrial areas, and business clusters
- Coordinate on-ground campaigns and promotional activities
2. Channel & Partner Development
- Invite and onboard channel partners, dealers, and business associates
- Maintain structured follow-ups with referral sources
- Strengthen long-term partner relationships
3. Branding & Market Presence
- Suggest and implement offline marketing strategies
- Identify suitable exhibitions, expos, and trade events
- Represent the company in industry events and networking platforms
- Study competitor positioning and suggest improvements
4. Strategy & Performance Monitoring
- Track lead sources and evaluate conversion patterns
- Identify gaps in execution and suggest improvements
- Coordinate internally with sales, logistics, and marketing teams
Required Skills & Profile
- Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals
- Confident communication and negotiation ability
- Strategic thinking with execution mindset
- Comfortable with field visits and business networking
Organized and accountable in follow-ups
Experience in Solar / EPC / Building Materials / Construction preferred
