Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Executive located in Bhubaneswar. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for conducting market research, developing market plans, and implementing marketing strategies to promote the academy's courses and services. Additional tasks include engaging with prospective students, fostering strong communication, contributing to sales initiatives, and building relationships with stakeholders to drive enrollment and brand presence.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience:

- MBA in Marketing or equivalent (preferred).

- Experienced professional with expertise in marketing, growth, or admissions, especially in the edtech or higher education sector.

- Strong digital marketing skills including social media, content creation, and basic SEO/SEM.

- Proficiency in digital growth strategies and offline outreach models.

- Ability to analyze data, track metrics, and measure performance effectively.

- Passion for education, UPSC, and competitive exam coaching.

- Strong analytical abilities for data-driven decision-making.

- Proficient in storytelling and brand-building rooted in the values of public service.

- You will also lead offline outreach programs, strengthen the brand's credibility, and manage a marketing & admissions team with clear performance KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase student admissions for UPSC and competitive exam programs.

- Implement performance-driven campaigns (digital + offline) to maximize ROI.

- Scale digital acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, YouTube) for generating high-quality leads.

- Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools for effective lead tracking, segmentation, and conversion.

- Drive content-led engagement through webinars, seminars, reels, blogs, and podcasts.

- Lead college and university outreach programs to attract a consistent inflow of aspirants.

- Strengthen the brand's credibility as the only IAS academy run by former officers.

- Build and manage a marketing & admissions team with defined performance KPIs.

- Collaborate with counselling and academic teams to enhance conversion rates from inquiry to admission.-

Requirement: Candidate to be based out Bhubaneswar or willing to relocate
