Physique 57 is is seeking a creative and passionate Marketing Executive to join our Full time team. This position will play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to promote our boutique fitness offerings. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness, a strong grasp on digital marketing, and exceptional communication skills. This role will report to the Marketing Manager & will be based out of Mumbai & it's surrounding studios.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective promotional materials and content.
• Manage and grow the brand's online presence and engage with our community on social media platforms.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Organize and oversee promotional events, workshops, and community outreach initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers and partners within the fitness industry.
• Assist in budget management and resource allocation for marketing activities.
• Organize community events, workshops, and collaborations to increase brand awareness and foster community engagement.
• Collaborate with instructors and staff to highlight unique fitness programs and services offered by our studio.
• Build and nurture partnerships with local businesses to drive brand outreach.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the fitness or wellness industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for fitness and wellness, with a good understanding of current trends in the industry.
• Shift timings and hours of work:
• The Employee's shift timings and hours of work per day will be governed by the applicable policies of the Employer.
• Without prejudice to the above, the Employee must be available to work 6 days per week, including either Saturdays or Sundays and must also be able to work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, early mornings and holidays.
• The Employee shall be required to work a maximum of 48 hours each week.
• For the purpose of this Agreement, a week begins on Sunday and ends on Saturday.
