About the Role
We are seeking a sharp, organised, and digitally savvy Marketing
Coordinator to support the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) account and
contribute to integrated consumer, trade, and social media marketing
initiatives for one of Asia's most exciting destinations.
In this role, you'll work closely with senior team members to plan,
coordinate, and execute multi-channel campaigns spanning travel trade
partnerships, media collaborations, influencer programs, and on-ground
events. You will also be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day account
operations, documentation, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Campaign Coordination
Assist in planning and executing consumer, travel trade, and influencer
marketing campaigns.
Coordinate multi-channel initiatives across digital, PR, and event
platforms.
Account Management Support
Liaise with overseas clients and internal teams through emails, reports,
and virtual or in-person meetings.
Maintain timely documentation, follow-ups, and communication.
Event & Activation Support
Assist in organising roadshows, B2B trade events, and tourism
missions across key Indian cities.
Coordinate vendor interactions, logistics, on-site support, and post-
event reporting.
Digital & Social Media Support
Work with vendors and internal teams to support paid social
campaigns, influencer deliverables, and content initiatives.
Assist in scheduling, quality checks, and basic digital optimisation
tasks.
Content & Communication
Draft e-newsletters, market updates, social media content, and client
presentations.
Assist with proofing and formatting content as required.
Partnership Development
Support the identification and onboarding of strategic partners
including airlines, OTAs, travel agents, media houses, and lifestyle
brands.
Track partnership deliverables and timelines.
Reporting & Analytics
Maintain trackers, audit campaign performance data, and assist in
preparing monthly/quarterly reports and dashboards.
Market Insights
Conduct research on competitor initiatives, consumer trends, and
market dynamics to support strategic planning
Desired Skills & Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications,
Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields.
Experience: 12 years preferred in travel, hospitality, marketing, or
social media; exceptional fresh graduates with strong aptitude may also
apply.
Digital Competence: Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and
tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, CRM platforms, and Meta Ads
Manager.
Communication: Excellent written and spoken English with confidence
in client-facing communication.
Organisation: Strong multitasking, time management, and project
coordination skills.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and
PowerPoint.
Travel: Willingness to travel for events and client engagements.
