Position: Marketing Executive
Please Note: We are hiring candidates with 1.5–3 years of relevant experience who can join at the earliest.
This is a 1-year contract role, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
Work Mode: Hybrid (4 Days Work from Office, 1 Day Work from Home)
Work Location: Mumbai – Powai
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: Greece Business Hours (Tentatively 12:00 PM IST – 8:30 PM IST)
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing Admin, Retail to support the International Marketing team in ensuring seamless marketing operations and efficient project execution. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end marketing administrative processes, coordinating with cross-functional teams and external agencies, and ensuring the timely execution of marketing initiatives while maintaining operational excellence.
Roles & Responsibilities – Retail Marketing Operations
- Work closely with internal cross-functional teams, external stakeholders, and multiple agencies to support marketing campaigns and business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end Purchase Order (PO) creation, invoice processing, and payment tracking for all marketing spends while ensuring audit compliance.
- Track provisions and ensure timely processing of invoices and vendor payments.
- Create, maintain, and manage item codes and master data within the ERP system.
- Monitor packaging development projects (GClips) from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day marketing operations, including samples, feasibility requests, media assets, and documentation.
- Manage end-to-end project administration, including internal code creation, vendor extensions, documentation, and filing.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of ongoing marketing initiatives.
- Support market, consumer, and competitor analysis using Nielsen, Global Data, and other available insights to assist brand strategy and campaign planning.
- Track routine marketing operations, including A&CP spending and budget monitoring.
- Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and maintenance of marketing records.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Accounting or a related discipline).
- 1.5–3 years of relevant experience in Marketing Administration, Marketing Support, Project Coordination, or a similar role.
- Prior experience in the FMCG/Food & Beverage industry will be an advantage.
- Experience working with ERP systems is preferred.
- Proven experience handling multiple stakeholders and cross-functional coordination.
- Strong administrative and operational support experience.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
