Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Executive to drive brand visibility and lead generation for our mold manufacturing and plastic production business. You will be responsible for promoting technical solutions to OEMs and product designers across automotive, medical, and consumer electronics sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Business Development:Identify new B2B opportunities by approaching OEMs and product developers with specific manufacturing requirements.
  • Market Research & Strategy:Research industrial manufacturing trends, competitor capabilities, and customer needs to develop tailored marketing strategies.
  • Technical Content Creation:Create high-quality marketing materials, including case studies, technical brochures, and visual presentations of molding equipment in action.
  • Digital Presence Management:Manage B2B platforms like LinkedIn and update the company website with successful project stories and equipment updates.
  • Event Coordination:Plan and participate in key industry exhibitions such asDiemold 2026and other trade shows to showcase tooling capabilities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with the design, production, and finance teams to provide accurate estimation, costing, and technical feasibility to clients.
  • Performance Tracking:Utilize data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4) to monitor the ROI of marketing campaigns and optimize outreach.

Requirements & Skills

  • Education:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or an Engineering field (Plastic/Mechanical Engineering preferred).
  • Experience:25 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within the plastics, tooling, or engineering services industry.
  • Technical Knowledge:Basic understanding of manufacturing processes like injection molding, blow molding, and mold design principles.
  • 2026 Essential Skills:Proficiency inAI literacyfor content drafting and data synthesis, as well as digital marketing tools like CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce).
  • Soft Skills:Strong negotiation, creative problem-solving, and the ability to explain complex technical processes in client-friendly terms.
