Role Overview

Miicron Wires & Polymers Pvt. Ltd. operates in the specialty chemicals and polymer resins space, catering primarily to B2B and industrial markets. The company works on customized compounds and material solutions that go into a wide range of applications, often requiring a balance of technical understanding and commercial communication—especially in international markets.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing, communication, and structured execution within this niche industry. You will work closely with internal teams, sales, and external partners to translate business discussions into clear, structured marketing outputs that support real business outcomes.

Given the nature of the industry, you are not expected to be a subject matter expert, but you must have the curiosity and intent to learn about specialty chemicals, compounds, and their applications. An interest in chemistry or material science will be a strong advantage.

Core Responsibilities

1. Client & Internal Understanding

• Capture and structure client and internal discussions into clear, actionable briefs
• Convert unstructured inputs into well-defined tasks for internal teams and external partners
• Maintain continuity and clarity across all ongoing work

2. Documentation & Information Structuring

Maintain detailed and organized records of:

• Client preferences

Objectives

Timelines

Past communication

• Compile and restructure data in Excel / Google Sheets for easy access and usability

3. Execution Oversight

• Support execution of:
• Marketing collaterals
• Presentations and decks
• Email communication and outreach
• Website updates (with external partners)
• Coordinate with:
• Sales team
• External agencies (designers, developers, etc.)
• Track tasks, timelines, and dependencies to ensure smooth delivery

4. Communication Quality & Clarity

• Strong written and verbal communication in English
• Review and refine content for:
• Clarity
• Relevance
• Structure
• Ensure outputs are:
• Context-driven
• Non-generic
• Aligned with business intent

5. Learning & Context Building

• Develop working familiarity with:
• Specialty chemical products
• Industry context
• Customer segments (especially B2B and industrial audiences)
• Ability to understand and simplify complex or technical information

6. AI & Tools Usage

• Well versed with LinkedIn Platforms and its features
• Use tools like:
• ChatGPT / AI platforms
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Canva
• Apply judgment to ensure outputs remain:
• Thoughtful
• Contextual
• High-quality (not templated or generic)

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong written and verbal communication
• High attention to detail and organization
• Ability to convert unstructured inputs into clear outputs
• Basic understanding of marketing workflows
• Comfort with AI tools and digital platforms
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Experience & Qualification

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, content, coordination, or similar roles
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Prior exposure to B2B, industrial, or technical environments is a plus
