About the Role

We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Intern to join our fast-paced platform-based startup environment. The role will focus on digital marketing, content creation, branding, and campaign execution to drive user growth, engagement, and visibility for our group companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Marketing: Assist in managing social media campaigns (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram), SEO/SEM activities, email campaigns, and paid promotions.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and marketing collateral aligned with our brand voice.
• Platform Marketing: Support user acquisition strategies for our AI-enabled platforms (ExoTalent, LinkCxO, LeadersEdge).
• Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance, generate insights, and suggest improvements.
• Event Marketing: Assist in organizing webinars, leadership events, and digital campaigns.
• Branding: Work on positioning the group across platforms with consistent messaging.

Skills & Requirements

• Passion for digital marketing and content creation in a startup environment.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media tools.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to create professional and engaging content.
• Familiarity with Canva, MS PowerPoint, or design tools is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast-paced setup.
