About the Role

HARP is launching a job-oriented HR & Recruitment Training Program to help candidates build careers in:

  • IT & Non-IT Recruitment
  • HR Operations
  • Payroll & Compliance

We are looking for a performance-driven marketer who can generate quality leads (not just volume) for our training programs.

This is a result-oriented role with performance-based payouts

Role Objective

Generate high-quality, intent-driven leads for HR training programs that convert into paid enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation (Primary Responsibility)

  • Generate leads through:
  • Facebook / Instagram Ads
  • LinkedIn campaigns
  • WhatsApp marketing
  • Organic posts / groups

Campaign Execution

  • Plan and run campaigns targeting:
  • freshers
  • MBA HR / BBA students
  • job seekers

Funnel Management

  • Drive traffic to:
  • Google Forms
  • WhatsApp
  • Ensure proper lead capture and flow

Lead Quality Focus

  • Generate qualified leads only:
  • correct contact details
  • genuine interest in HR training
  • intent to attend demo

Optimization

  • Improve:
  • cost per lead
  • lead quality
  • conversion potential

What This Role DOES NOT Include

  • No sales / calling
  • No fee collection
  • No counselling

Only lead generation

Required Skills

  • Experience in:
