Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and creative Marketing Executive to support day-to-day marketing activities at Lal Sweets. The ideal candidate should be passionate about brand building, FMCG marketing, and willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online & offline).

Support social media content creation, posting, and engagement.

Coordinate with design teams, agencies, and internal departments for campaign requirements.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights.

Visit retail outlets for branding activities, visibility checks, and promotional support.

Assist in organizing events, sampling activities, and promotions.

Track campaign performance and prepare weekly marketing reports.

Maintain inventory of marketing materials and coordinate distribution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business/Commerce or related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms

Creative mindset, attention to detail, and enthusiasm to learn.

Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment.

Preferred:

Internship experience in FMCG/Marketing will be an added advantage.

Knowledge of Canva/Photoshop is a plus.
