PositionRole: Marketing Executive (Field Operations)
Location: Bhubaneswar
Type: Full-Time
Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Travel Allowance: Covered by Company
Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers with strong execution mindset can also apply)
Mandatory RequirementsThis is a 100% field execution role.
You will represent Kefilo across gyms, fitness centers, corporate offices, colleges, residential communities, wellness centers, healthcare partners, and other potential customer touchpoints.
Your primary responsibility will be creating awareness, generating leads, building partnerships, and helping expand Kefilo's presence across the city.
Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Partnerships• Visit gyms, corporates, colleges, wellness centers, and other potential partners
• Generate partnership opportunities and leads
• Build relationships with local communities and businesses
• Support B2B and B2C growth initiatives
2. Brand Visibility & Activations• Conduct on-ground promotional activities
• Coordinate wellness awareness campaigns
• Support events, workshops, and activation programs
• Increase brand visibility across target locations
3. Lead Generation & Customer Engagement• Generate customer inquiries and registrations
• Explain Kefilo's offerings and programs
• Collect customer feedback and market insights
• Maintain follow-up and relationship management
4. Market Intelligence• Track competitor activities
• Identify new business opportunities
• Gather market insights and customer behavior data
• Share field observations with the leadership team
