Position Overview:

The Corporate Social Media Administrator is a pivotal role in the management of the company's social media presence. This role ensures the brand's reputation, consistency, and integrity across all digital platforms. Acting as the central hub, the custodian oversees execution and enforces compliance that streamlines the brand digital visibility. By maintaining strong standards and fostering collaboration between hotel teams, the digital team, and platform stakeholders, this role ensures a seamless and uniform digital presence for ITC Hotels.

Role responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and implement strategic guidelines for the effective management of ITC Hotels social media identity across platforms.
  • Act as the primary liaison between hotel-level teams, the digital team, and platform representatives to align social media strategies with business goals.
  • Drive initiatives that promote & streamline ITC Hotels digital presence.
  • Lead the creation of new social media profiles for hotels, ensuring compliance.
  • Monitor the onboarding process, ensuring profile details are optimized for accuracy and recency.
  • Oversee the timely and secure deactivation of inactive, unauthorized or obsolete profiles.
  • Ensure all deactivations follow compliance protocols to safeguard brand reputation.
  • Maintain centralized control over account credentials, ensuring secure storage and transfer to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Coordinate with hotel-level teams to ensure compliance with account security protocols.
  • Conduct periodic audits of hotel-level and brand handles to identify gaps and inconsistencies.
  • Monitor platforms for unauthorized or duplicate profiles that could misrepresent the brand.
  • Collaborate with social media platforms to enforce takedowns and mitigate risks promptly.
  • Maintain a record of all duplicate profile incidents and resolutions for compliance tracking.
  • Coordinate with legal teams, digital teams, and platform representatives to resolve fraud cases efficiently.
  • Implement the centralized compliance tracking mechanism to monitor adherence to profile listing guidelines.
  • Report audit findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Education Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management / digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with administration of profiles across Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter and Google My Business platforms.
  • Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms. (Preferred)
  • Experience in handling large-scale social media operations. (Preferred)
  • Working knowledge of MsExcel & MsPowerPoint.
  • Should possess a process-driven mindset and be skilled at managing necessary tracking & monitoring.
  • Ability to audit, record and track compliances across social media listings.
  • Communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
